Membership primarily covers generation credits, person profile capacity, and task record capabilities. During soft launch, paid activation may be handled manually; refunds and credit compensation are reviewed based on purchase time, usage, failed jobs, and payment channel rules.

Manual review may apply when a plan has not been substantially used, a system or provider issue blocks core generation features, or order, credit, or membership records show an obvious error.
Tasks that fail because of provider errors, service timeouts, or system issues and do not deliver an output are usually handled through credit return, credit compensation, or assisted regeneration.
Aesthetic preference, prompt choice, uploaded reference quality, subjective mismatch, or third-party platform rejection after a delivered output generally does not create an automatic refund right.
