ModelCast AI helps create and manage AI presenter, model, and ecommerce assets. We process only the information needed for sign-in, asset generation, reusable person profiles, membership credits, and support.

Uploaded reference images, product images, person images, and generated outputs are used to complete the asset tasks you start and to support reuse of the same person identity.
Some data may be processed by third-party services that support sign-in, generation, storage, email, analytics, payment intent, and infrastructure. We use them only as needed to provide requested functions and maintain reliability.
We retain relevant data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security records, investigate issues, and keep necessary account or order history. You can delete tasks or person profiles in the product.
Do not upload identity documents, bank cards, medical records, minors' likenesses, or private photos without authorization. We may restrict, delete, or refuse content that violates law, platform rules, or our terms.
Yes. We store task settings, generated results, and related images so you can review history, download assets, regenerate, or expand new assets.
Yes. Deleted assets may no longer be available for download, reuse, or expansion.
