Help center: first workflow, profiles, credits, and commercial review

Before using ModelCast AI, understand the difference between profiles, regeneration, expansion, and credits. This helps you decide whether a result should be retried or reused.

First workflow

Where to start

Create a presenter profile first for short-form, course, or livestream visuals. Create an ecommerce model first for apparel, product, or ad workflows. The free plan includes 10 trial credits and lets you test both profile types.

Start
Generate a clean base person asset before attempting product or complex scenes.
Judge
Save only if the face is stable, posture is natural, and edges/background are clean.
Next
Open the profile workspace and expand into outfit, product, livestream, avatar, or ad assets.
Profile

What a person profile means

A profile is the identity foundation for future reuse. When expanding from a saved presenter or model, ModelCast AI tries to preserve identity and facial features while resetting outfit, expression, pose, framing, and background for the selected asset type.

Save
Use profiles for stable faces, reasonable body proportions, clean images, and identities you may reuse long term.
Avoid
Do not save weak faces, obvious body issues, messy backgrounds, or identities that do not fit the brand.
Limit
AI identity can still drift. Important commercial assets need human review.
Regenerate vs expand

Regenerate vs expand

Regenerate creates another result with the same task settings and does not replace the original image. Expand opens the generator so you can change asset type, product, outfit, scene, composition, and notes.

Regenerate
Use it when the same type of result is close but not good enough.
Expand
Use it when the identity is approved and you need different outfits, products, ads, avatars, or livestream scenes.
Rule
Regenerate weak base identities; expand approved identities.
Credits

Credits, failed jobs, and stuck tasks

Each successful profile creation, expanded asset, or regenerated version uses 1 credit. Failed provider jobs are not counted as delivered images. If a task stays generating too long, it is marked as failed and can be retried from the task.

Free
10 trial credits, 1 presenter profile, and 1 model profile.
Paid
During soft launch, online payment is not live. Paid plans and top-ups record intent and direct users to support.
Support
Include account email, task ID, generation time, and screenshots when reporting issues.
Commercial review

Commercial review before publishing

ModelCast AI helps produce commercial asset candidates, but it does not replace legal, brand, product, or platform review. Check likeness rights, product accuracy, trademarks, advertising claims, platform policies, and local requirements before publishing.

Likeness
Do not impersonate real people or mislead users into believing an AI person is a real employee or spokesperson.
Product
Verify product shape, packaging, brand information, scale, and claims.
Platform
Ad, social, ecommerce, and livestream platforms may have different disclosure and review rules for AI content.

FAQ

What is the best first workflow?

Create one presenter or model profile first, save it only if it is stable, then use the profile workspace to expand assets.

What if I do not like the result?

Regenerate when the person itself is weak. Expand when the identity is approved but the scene, outfit, or product needs to change.

Can I use outputs commercially?

Use outputs in a commercial workflow only after reviewing likeness, product, brand, advertising, and platform rules. Contact support for business usage questions.
